Impalas are usually known as gentle and friendly creatures. But when it comes to fighting for mates, they are in serious business. I was on a safari for the biodiversity of Lake Nakuru with my friend Tom KELLIE, KUANG Da and MU Tong from China. Professor KELLIE kindly lent me his EOS-1 D Mark IV and EF 400mm f/5.6 L lens, which proved to be highly valuable in capturing these exciting moments.
